If participants have to withdraw from the Run, their registration fees will not be refunded.
Participants will not be entitled to participate until full payment of the entry fee has been transferred to the account of the Flemish Beer Run.
The organizers are not responsible for the loss/theft of personal belongings.
Personal data are owned by the organisation; by registering for the Run, participants authorize the organizers to use/publish any photographs or films taken during the event.
Insurance only covers the participants on the course that the event organizers prepared.
The minimum age of entry is 16 years old.
In no event will the organisation be held responsible for loss of clothing or other personal goods of the participants.
Participants shall not cause any damage to the personal belongings of others.
Participants shall not leave any garbage on the course or in the venues that the organisation puts at their disposal.
The organizers have taken out a liability insurance to protect participants from physical accidents that can occur during the event. However, participants may not file complaints in the event of material damage or any other damage or physical accident that might be indirectly caused by participating in the Run.
On no account can the civil liability of the organizers be invoked.
The Flemish Beer Run organizers are the only ones competent to accept or refuse entries to the Run.
Participation is personal: participants are prohibited from transferring their places in the event to any other person.
At all times, participants must respect and adhere to the instructions given by the organizers, the event officials and the police.
By submitting their applications to participate in the Flemish Beer Run, participants agree to abide by the conditions.
